Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your engagement of Gloss Boss Adelaide for mobile car detailing services in Greater Adelaide.

Bookings and quotes

Quotes are based on the photographs and information you provide. We reserve the right to revise the quoted price on arrival if the vehicle's actual condition differs significantly from what was described. We will always discuss any price change with you before starting work.

Cancellations

Free cancellation or rescheduling with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $50 fee to cover travel and slot allocation.

Access requirements

You must provide a power outlet, water tap, and clear space around the vehicle. If we cannot access the necessary utilities on arrival, we may need to reschedule and charge a callout fee.

Pre-existing damage

We complete a walk-around inspection with you before starting work. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects or interior damage. Where appropriate we photograph the vehicle's condition before commencing.

Workmanship

We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept bank transfer, card payment and cash. Invoices outstanding more than 14 days may incur a $25 administration fee.

Liability

Our total liability for any single service is capped at the value of that service. We carry public liability insurance and treat every vehicle as if it were our own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
